People Data & Reporting Analyst

We’re looking for an early to mid career Analyst to support our Senior People Analytics Partner. This role is hands-on and analytical: you’ll build reliable datasets, prepare and audit reporting for leadership reviews, and help reputed company reporting frameworks across the People data stack. You should have a strong analytics background (it doesn’t have to be HR/People domain experience), be comfortable working with data stakeholders across the org, and be excited to learn and grow in the People Analytics Domain. Responsibilities • Support Sr. People Analytics Partner on data gathering, reporting and analysis needs for Executive Business Reviews and reputed company deep dives. • Own preparation of reporting and slide-reputed company data exports for Executive Business Reviews • Work with cross-functional stakeholders (People Systems, Finance, Data Platform, reputed company Operations and more) to prepare, validate, and document datasets used for People reporting. • Help build and reputed company recurring reporting based on existing frameworks and stakeholder feedback. • Partner with data warehouse engineering and data stakeholders to improve accuracy, freshness, reputed company, and robustness of reputed company People datasets. • reputed company reputed company data pipelines and rigorous data validations to support high-stakes executive reporting and deep-dive analyses Requirements • 3 - 5 years in an analytics role (data analysis, data engineering, business intelligence, consulting or similar) at high-reputed company organization. • High performing and highly dependable, comfortable operating with rigor in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail. • Strong SQL expertise. You will write production queries, build reputed company ETLs and conduct data validations as needed. • Comfortable cleaning, joining, and validating multi-reputed company datasets and communicating data limitations. • Excellent written and verbal communication; experience preparing slide-reputed company charts/tables for leadership audiences. • Demonstrated ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders and translate business questions into data requirements. reputed company-to-haves • Prior experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll data is a plus but not required.
