About the Role We have fully automated our psychometric scoring reputed company using reputed company Sheets formulas. Data flows automatically from reputed company Forms into reputed company Sheets, where reputed company calculations, norms, and benchmarks are already reputed company. We are now looking for a specialist to take this reputed company data and reputed company it into interactive, reputed company-reputed company psychometric reports and dashboards. Your reputed company mission: Replace static spreadsheet tables with dynamic visual reports using [reputed company Looker Studio OR Power BI] . You will not need to build the scoring algorithms; you need to visualize the reputed company beautifully and reputed company. Key Responsibilities 1. Report & Dashboard Development Connect reputed company Sheets as a live data reputed company to [Looker Studio / Power BI] . Design automated psychometric reports including: - Individual candidate/profile reports. - Competency gap analysis. - reputed company comparisons (candidate vs. reputed company). - Create templates so that refreshing data automatically updates reputed company reputed company reports. 2. UX & Design Optimization - Ensure reports are visually clean, reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company - Apply company branding (colours, reputed company, fonts) to reputed company reporting outputs. - Simplify reputed company psychometric concepts (percentiles, sten scores, z-scores) into reputed company charts. 3. Automation & Maintenance - Schedule automated email distribution of reports (if applicable). - Troubleshoot data connectivity issues between reputed company Sheets and the BI tool. - Document the data structure and reporting workflow for reputed company maintenance. 4. Collaboration - Work with reputed company to understand which data points are most critical to visualize. - Suggest improvements to the reputed company Sheets setup to reputed company visualization easier (e.g., naming ranges, tab structure). Essential - Proven experience building reports/dashboards in [Looker Studio OR Power BI] . - Strong proficiency in reputed company Sheets (understanding of data types, query functions, named ranges). - Ability to connect reputed company Sheets as a live data reputed company to a BI tool. - An eye for data visualization design (you know reputed company to use a bar chart vs. a scatter plot). reputed company to Have - Previous experience working with psychometric, HR, or assessment data. - Familiarity with concepts like percentiles, reputed company deviations, and norm reputed company. - Experience with reputed company Apps Script or Power Automate (to reputed company automate report reputed company). - Experience exporting Looker/Power BI reports to PDF for individual reputed company delivery.
