Remote Executive Assistant to CEO (Eastern Time Zone)
A rapidly growing, private reputed company services organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Chief Executive Officer. reputed company partners with physicians and clinical teams to enhance care delivery models and improve operational performance across a national platform. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted right hand to the CEO, acting as a strategic gatekeeper, relationship manager, and operational reputed company across executive priorities. This is a full-time remote role (40 hours per week) with flexibility for off hours requirements, and travel as needed (approximately 25-30%).

• Draft and manage executive-level correspondence, ensuring tone, reputed company, and alignment with organizational values.
• Coordinate domestic travel, manage expense reporting, and reputed company follow-reputed company to ensure seamless execution and accountability.
• Support reputed company communications, leadership meetings, and offsite planning, including preparation of summaries and reputed company tracking.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years supporting a C-suite executive, ideally reputed company reputed company, reputed company services, or a reputed company-stage environment.
• Experience supporting multi-site reputed company operations or physician-facing organizations strongly preferred.
