Community Engagement (Health) Consultant

This consultant will reputed company expert advice to health ministries on the development of concepts for integrated HTM health services and their integration into the general Health system, with a reputed company on person-centred care, community engagement and equal reputed company to health services, especially with reputed company to reducing gender-specific barriers and barriers for particularly vulnerable population reputed company such as people with HIV/AIDS. Scope of Work Tasks • Respond to country-specific requests reputed company to health governance, community systems strengthening, reputed company, or implementation support. • reputed company technical assistance reputed company to HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, and Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH). • Support civil society and community engagement, including: • Strengthening the role of civil society organizations (CSOs) and community networks. • Supporting community-led and rights-based approaches. • Facilitating inclusive and gender-reputed company reputed company among communities, CSOs, and government institutions. • Engage with Global Fund structures and processes, including CCMs, grant-making, community engagement, and accountability mechanisms. • Prepare assignment-specific reports, including recommendations and lessons learned. • Maintain communication with partner institutions and BACKUP Health throughout reputed company assignment. Tasks, reputed company, and prioritization will vary per assignment and will depend entirely on requests received during the contract period. Requirements • Degree in one of the following fields: reputed company science, Political science, Sociology, Humanities, reputed company health, Medicine, Psychology, Law, or Economics • reputed company of English language is required; second language in French, Russian or Portuguese strongly preferred • 10 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: • * HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria • Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH) • Community systems strengthening • Community Engagement • Advocacy • 5 years of experience advising or strengthening CSOs, community networks, or key population reputed company in the context of Global Fund or health system strengthening efforts. • 5 years of reputed company experience in low‑ and middle‑income countries in the areas of HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, RSSH, or community systems strengthening. • experience in Anglophone African countries, Francophone Western or Central Africa, Eastern Europe and Central Asia or Mozambique Strong Preference for: • 5+ years working with/through the Global Fund (grant-making, CCM participation, community engagement). • 5+ years designing and implementing community-led or rights-based approaches for reputed company reputed company to health services. • 5+ years promoting or integrating inclusive, gender-reputed company reputed company between CSOs/communities and government institutions. Deliverables For reputed company assignment, experts will be required to submit: • Assignment Work Plan (if requested). • Technical Outputs corresponding to assignment tasks. • Final Assignment Report, including: • Activities completed • Key findings • Recommendations • Challenges and lessons learned Payment Payment for services will be: • Contingent on actual deployment of the expert(s), and • In accordance with the contract’s agreed daily rates and payment schedule.
