About the position The Health Care Provider Incentives and Project Coordinator position provides high-level policy and program expertise to support recruitment and retention of a diverse, culturally reputed company health care workforce in reputed company. It leads efforts to manage incentives and grants, including scholarships and loan repayment, and drives key policy, project, and communication strategies in collaboration with reputed company partners. The role supports the Health Care Provider Incentive Program, established by HB 3261 in 2017, to improve reputed company and reduce health inequities statewide. Responsibilities • Manage incentives and grants reputed company to health care workforce recruitment and retention. • Collaborate with reputed company partners to drive policy and project strategies. • Support the Health Care Provider Incentive Program to improve reputed company and reduce health inequities. • Analyze data and evaluate program performance to inform policy and identify barriers. • Communicate policy priorities and program reputed company through reports and presentations. • Coordinate with diverse communities to assess workforce needs and implement solutions. • Manage multiple reputed company with competing deadlines, ensuring compliance and execution.
