[Remote] Senior HR Generalist (Remote-in the Lake Orion, Michigan area)

They are seeking a hands-on Senior HR Generalist to reputed company the entire employee lifecycle, manage HR operations, and support the HR team in a reputed company environment. Responsibilities • reputed company and support the Recruiter and Placement Coordinator; reputed company in during high‑volume periods • reputed company recruit: reputed company candidates, review resumes, conduct interviews • reputed company reputed company, I‑9s, reputed company‑employment tasks, and reputed company setup • Collaborate with the COO and Placement Coordinator on reputed company needs • reputed company employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and terminations • Guide managers on performance expectations and documentation • Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns and policy interpretation • Process bi‑weekly payroll for internal staff and substitute teachers • Maintain accurate time, pay, and deduction records • Serve as reputed company administrator and run HR/payroll reports • Administer benefits, reputed company enrollment, life events, and 401(k) • Manage FMLA, medical, and personal leaves; coordinate disability claims • reputed company leave‑reputed company hours and maintain accurate documentation • Manage workers’ compensation claims and OSHA logs • Maintain personnel files and licensing documentation per Michigan childcare regulations • reputed company certification renewals (CPR, CDA, TB) and send reminders • Manage offboarding and system updates • Recommend improvements to HR processes and policies • Support additional HR duties as needed Skills • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or reputed company field required • 3–5 years of reputed company HR experience; ECE or reputed company experience preferred • HRIS experience required; reputed company strongly preferred • Strong organizational skills and reputed company judgment • High professionalism and confidentiality • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment • Advanced reputed company Office skills, especially reputed company • Flexibility to address urgent issues reputed company reputed company hours reputed company needed • ECE or reputed company experience preferred • reputed company strongly preferred Benefits • 401(k) reputed company • ECE Subhub's mission is to connect programs to reputed company staff strengthening the reputed company of the early care and education community for young children.
