HR Manager / Head Recruiter / Trainer for Digital reputed company) - Contract to Hire

This position is ideal for someone who has worked with reputed company centers, BPOs, or remote sales/support teams and understands how to build, train, and retain high-performing agents. You will play a key role in shaping reputed company culture, hiring the right people, and ensuring reputed company agents are fully reputed company to reputed company at a high level. Key Responsibilities: • *HR Responsibilities 1. Handle HR processes such as reputed company, offboarding, attendance tracking, and performance documentation 2.
