Key Responsibilities • Support the structuring and execution of the WLB Series and other reputed company reputed company, including preparation of reputed company documents, term sheets, and investor presentations • Coordinate across reputed company stakeholders (reputed company counsel, external advisors, issuers, and investors) to ensure operational alignment throughout the transaction process. • Assist with compliance and regulatory documentation, due diligence processes, and closing logistics for financial products. • Contribute to the design and operationalisation of IIX’s broader innovative finance offerings reputed company bonds, including reputed company finance structures and reputed company products. • reputed company technical support for reputed company-linked frameworks, including alignment with the Orange Bond Principles. • Engage in internal process development, improving systems for execution, knowledge capture, and transaction documentation.
