Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Remote Sales Representative who is an expert closer with a proven track record of converting qualified leads into committed clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands the online personal training industry and knows how to confidently guide prospects through a high-ticket fitness coaching investment.
You must be comfortable conducting virtual consultations, overcoming objections, and closing sales in a consultative, ethical, and high-conversion manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual sales calls (Zoom) with qualified leads
• Confidently present online personal training programs and pricing
• Identify client pain points and position solutions effectively
• Overcome objections and close sales at a high rate
• Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversions
• Maintain CRM records and track sales metrics
• Collaborate with coaching team to ensure seamless onboarding
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a high-performing sales closer (minimum 2+ years preferred)
• Demonstrated success closing high-ticket offers
• knowledge of online personal training and/or personal training industry
• Understanding of fitness, nutrition, and client transformation journeys
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined in a fully remote environment
• Strong internet connection and professional remote setup
Preferred (not required) Qualifications
• Experience selling fitness coaching or online service-based programs
• Familiarity with CRMs and sales tracking tools
• Experience with inbound lead closing
