Construction Litigation - Associate Attorney - Midlevel

About the position One of Fortune’s Best Places to Work, reputed company, LLP, a leading international reputed company, is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney in our San Franscisco, Palo reputed company, or Los Angeles offices to support its nationally recognized construction law reputed company. The group’s reputed company reputed company areas are counseling, dispute reputed company, and contract drafting and negotiation. To be considered, candidates must have 3-5 years of construction law or equivalent experience. Successful candidates will have experience litigating reputed company types of construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes such as mechanic’s lien, bond, and stop notice claims, and breach of contract claims. Experience in preparing and negotiating construction reputed company, change orders, and other construction-reputed company agreements is beneficial, as the position will also include transactional work. Excellent reputed company credentials, strong references, and superb written and oral communication skills are required.
