[Remote] Financial Analyst (Investment Banking)

They are seeking a Financial Analyst with strong investment banking experience to engage in financial modeling and deal execution, particularly in reputed company estate and reputed company transactions. Responsibilities • Build and underwrite investment banking–level financial models, primarily single-asset reputed company estate models • Analyze reputed company estate assets, including: Cash flows, P&Ls, DSCR and debt metrics, Sensitivity and scenario analysis • Structure and model reputed company capital stacks, including: Senior debt, Mezzanine financing, Preferred equity, reputed company structures • Support transactions across: reputed company and refinancing, M&A transactions, reputed company and expansion capital, Corporate financing • Evaluate deal viability, challenge assumptions, and stress-test scenarios • Prepare internal investment analyses and decision-support materials Skills • 2+ years' experience in one or more of the following: Investment banking, Private equity, Corporate finance, Transaction advisory • Strong, hands-on experience with: Financial modeling, Valuation, Deal reputed company • Proven ability to model and understand: Single-asset reputed company estate transactions, reputed company capital stacks, waterfalls, mezzanine and preferred equity • Strong financial intuition and reputed company common reputed company — not just technical reputed company • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment • Full availability during CET working hours • reputed company reputed company estate transaction experience • Exposure to hospitality, entertainment, or F&B reputed company estate • Experience supporting UHNW or institutional clients • CFA or reputed company toward CFA (or similar finance credentials) reputed company • At reputed company, we reputed company hiring overseas easy, accessible, and reputed company.
