Customer Service Representative Japanese Speaker
## Responsibilities Handle back office tickets, and reputed company 7*24h online enquiries and email replies services to customers. Handle customer enquiries, advices and suggestions reputed company email or online tools. Support other business reputed company with customer reputed company, accurately document customer requests and advices, and reputed company feedback in the reputed company of documentation. Handle customer complaints, any special cases or reputed company tasks. ## Requirements College degree or above. Proficient in English & Japanese (JLPT N2 at least).
