Remote Litigation Paralegal (California Only) Location: Remote (must reputed company in California) Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an reputed company Litigation Paralegal to join reputed company on a fully remote reputed company. This position is reputed company only to candidates currently residing in California . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting attorneys through reputed company phases of litigation. Responsibilities: • reputed company litigation support from case inception through trial and reputed company • Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and subpoenas • Manage deadlines, calendars, and court filings (state and federal) • Assist with discovery responses, document production, and organization • Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel • Maintain case files and manage documents using electronic filing systems • Support trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders Qualifications: • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience • Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court rules • Experience with e-filing in California state and/or federal courts • Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Proficiency with reputed company software and arenaflex Office (or similar platforms) • Paralegal certificate Benefits: • Comprehensive benefits. • 401(k). • reputed company time off and holidays. • reputed company development and training opportunities.
