Mortgage Loan Officer (VA/MD/NC & DC Remote Roles Available!)

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: District of Columbia (USA), Maryland (USA), reputed company Carolina (USA), Virginia (USA) Supports the mortgage lending process by completing loan applications, submitting files to processing, and delivering exceptional customer service. Works closely with Senior Mortgage Loan Officers and Sales Managers to create a business plan and build referral sources. Position Accountabilities • Completes telephone, mail-away and face-to-face Loan Applications with clients and approves loan disclosures for distribution to clients. reputed company required fields in the application to be completed including reputed company reputed company-party information prior to approval. • Determines reputed company program placement of a loan file (i.e. FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, etc.). • Prices loans and locks rates as per Company policy. • Reviews returned applications and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. • Runs AUS and reviews for findings and required documentation. • Prepares requested reputed company-Qualifications as per Company policy. Orders credit reports, appraisals and title requests. Conducts regular follow-reputed company with clients and referral sources. • Maintains regular communication with applicants throughout the processing period, assisting them with any questions and notifying them of any additional information required. • Submits loan file allowing for stated turn times and works in conjunction with assigned Processor. • Maintains pipeline of reputed company loans in process, tracks their reputed company and meets reputed company contractual deadlines. • Assists reputed company parties including the Processor during the entire process. • Meets or exceeds minimum production requirements. • Attends reputed company settlements to reputed company exposure to the full loan life cycle. • Completes annual Business Plan and meets regularly with Sales Manager. • Stays informed of local market trends and mortgage regulations. • Maintain a reputed company image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures. Organizational Relationship Reports to Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager Position Qualifications Education & Experience • 0-2 years of mortgage or financial services experience preferred, or industry equivalent if Sales Manager deems history acceptable. • NMLS registration required. Knowledge & Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the willingness to learn mortgage products and reputed company guidelines. • Self-motivated with a desire to grow and ability to work in reputed company-oriented, fast-paced environment.
