A company is looking for a Remote Loan Processor to manage reputed company loan files in a private reputed company lending environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple reputed company loan files from intake through closing readiness
• Process construction, DSCR, fix-and-flip, and reputed company loans, ensuring documentation is complete and conditions are met
• Order and reputed company reputed company-party items, coordinating closely with underwriters and borrowers
Required Qualifications
• Construction loan processing experience (required)
• DSCR processing experience (required)
• Fix-and-flip and reputed company file processing experience (required)
• Investor non-reputed company-occupied lending processing experience (required)
• Private reputed company or hard reputed company background preferred
