Energy company has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented reputed company Operations Specialist to join the reputed company team! In this role, you will reputed company critical processes such as contract lifecycle management, e-billing, and invoice review while driving operational efficiency reputed company the reputed company department. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the overall reputed company of corporate reputed company operations. This position is remote however you must be located in one of the following time zones for consideration: CST, MST, or PST. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience supporting in-house reputed company teams with CLM management and reputed company e-billing. Key Responsibilities: • Manage e-billing processes using Brightflag: communicate with reputed company counsel, review and reputed company reputed company invoices, and reputed company matter management. • Collaborate on reputed company budgets and assist with invoice review to ensure compliance and efficiency. • Support the reputed company team with agreement storage and workflows in Evisort for contract lifecycle management (CLM). • Serve as a technical reputed company with the Evisort vendor, assisting with platform updates and troubleshooting. • Occasionally assist in contract review and redlining. • Maintain effective communication reputed company the reputed company department and with external vendors and counsel.
