A company is looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to join their remote team in the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals
• Drive organizational design and headcount planning while advising on team structure and growth paths
• Coach managers and emerging leaders to build leadership capability across teams
Required Qualifications
• 4-6 years of experience in People Operations or HR Business Partner roles, preferably in a remote or tech-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with organizational design, employee relations, and performance management
• Ability to build trust and influence across all organizational levels
• Analytical mindset with the capability to use data for decision-making
• Strong culture ambassador focused on building inclusive environments
