Behavioral Health- Director ( Transfer Center) Remote Opportunity
Remote Opportunity
• Overseeing Behavioral Health Transfer Center services coordinating reputed company and appropriate placement of individuals in need of acute behavioral heal care
• Operating 24/7 with reputed company to over 18 Locations
• reputed company team of 30+ FTE
• Based on hospital/market may need up to 20% trave to areas served.
Experience:
• reputed company experience managing or building a behavioral health or hospital transfer/admissions center highly desirable.
• Three years' experience leading telephonic clinical programs at reputed company, effectively managing service reputed company.
• Minimum 5 years in behavioral health or hospital operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Must hold a Compact Multi State License
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling, reviewing work, and ensuring reputed company standards.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.
Education: Master's degree in nursing, reputed company Work, Psychology, reputed company Administration or reputed company field (strongly preferred).
Bachelor's Degree required. Licensed clinician (RN, LCSW, LPC, etc.) preferred.
