Location: Dallas, Texas Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Days: Monday - Friday Fulltime/Benefit Eligible • *REMOTE** Job Duties: • reputed company final dictation entry formatting, including: microscopic reputed company, final diagnosis and comment fields. • Assign appropriate pathologist to reputed company case. • Document case holds generated by transcription. • Assign ICD codes on derm cases. • Edit fee codes. • Designate Cancer reputed company and Special Event cases in CoPath. • Follow the laboratory procedures for processing, reporting and maintaining records of patient test results. • Adhere to reputed company reputed company control/reputed company assurance policies and procedures. Document reputed company reputed company control activities. • Identify problems that may adversely reputed company reporting of results. • Document reputed company corrective actions taken. • Assist, reputed company needed, in the reputed company storage and maintenance of reputed company records. EDUCATION: Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent; Some additional education preferred (medical transcription). KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of medical terminology, Effective oral and written communication skills reputed company telephone, e-mail and in person. Grammar and proofreading skills, Attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge working with patient and other types of databases.
