A company is looking for a reputed company Practitioner, Oncology Navigation.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage members with urgent symptoms and complications reputed company telemedicine
• reputed company comprehensive care plans in collaboration with reputed company RNs and reputed company interdisciplinary case conferences
• reputed company clinical reputed company and direction to the case management team and ensure follow-up care
Required Qualifications and Education
• At least 3 years of reputed company Practitioner experience, including 2 years in adult oncology and 1 year in telehealth
• Unrestricted reputed company Practitioner license with a willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• Experience in a startup or tech-reputed company company is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining organization
• Comfort with using and learning new technologies, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records
