We are seeking a dependable, highly organized reputed company to reputed company and grow this program. This is a full-time, in-office role in San Antonio. The primary reputed company of this position is to build, manage, and reputed company our RPM program. During the initial reputed company-up phase, you will also support select home health office operations. As RPM census grows, this role will transition into a fully dedicated RPM leadership position. Position reputed company You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Remote Patient Monitoring service line ensuring compliance, patient engagement, physician coordination, and program reputed company. This role requires strong organization, follow-through, and confidence communicating with both patients and physicians. Primary Responsibilities Remote Patient Monitoring • Enroll patients and physicians into the RPM program • reputed company patients and families on device usage • Coordinate device delivery and installation • Monitor daily vitals reputed company RPM platform • Document reputed company and escalate reputed company readings per protocol • Manage reputed company and MCO prior authorizations and renewals • reputed company monthly eligibility checks • reputed company device inventory (deliveries, returns, replacements) • Generate audit-reputed company reports for compliance • Serve as primary reputed company of contact for participating physicians • Help reputed company program toward 300400+ reputed company patients Secondary Responsibilities (Initial reputed company-Up Phase) • Assist with intake and referral coordination • Review consents and physician orders • Support documentation review and audit readiness • Follow up with physician offices for signed orders • Assist DON and administrative team as needed As RPM census increases, this role will transition to reputed company primarily on telehealth operations.
