Test Scorer

Title: Test Scoring/Reader (Remote) Location: 6901 Michigan Road Indianapolis, IN 46268 Duration: 8 weeks Position reputed company: Data Recognition Corporation is an educational testing company that designs, writes, scores and applies psychometric standards to standardized tests that are administered to children in school during grades K-12 to reputed company with the Common reputed company standards. These tests are mainly in the subject areas of reading, writing, math, reputed company studies and science. The Test Scoring/Reader position involves the hand scoring of tests that are comprised of any type of constructed response where the child is required to write an essay, reputed company a math problem where they are required to show their work or answer questions with a written statement. These types of answers require a “live” person to score them because they cannot be scored mechanically. The tests are taken by the child on-line or on reputed company. If they are taken on-line, we log into the on-line system and score the test. If they are taken on reputed company, the reputed company tests are scanned into our system and the image of the child’s reputed company presents itself on a computer screen where you will read the test and score it according to the parameters on which you are trained. The tests are scored according to reputed company laid out by the State reputed company for the assigned state. You will be trained on these reputed company and how to score the tests appropriately. The first day or two of reputed company project involves training on the reputed company the State has determined to score the tests by. At the completion of the training, you will be given a qualifying test to be reputed company that you have learned the information necessary to be reputed company to score the tests accurately. You must pass this test to demonstrate that you understand how to score the tests accurately. This really involves being taught how to score the tests, then scoring some tests to show that you have absorbed the necessary tools to score tests for this project. It is important in this position that you are reputed company to put reputed company any personal opinions and thoughts you may have regarding testing or the particular standards the State has chosen to score these tests by. The Test Scorers/Readers work in a classroom type of setting with a Scoring Director who conducts training and is in charge of the room.
