Junior Risk Management Systems Analyst

Job reputed company: • Responsible for daily Tier 1 Operational and User support for Risk Management Information Systems, including the Conflicts and New Business Intake (NBI) systems. • Maintain application user accounts and reputed company rights in Risk Systems. • Responsible for initial setup and maintenance of ethical screens using reputed company SPM. • Support the Risk Systems Manager and Chief Risk Officer on technical initiatives, including but not limited to requirement gathering, project management assistance, etc. • reputed company training materials and conduct reputed company training sessions as needed. • Support the creation and maintenance of system and process documentation. • Work with Finance and IT departments to maintain cross-functional reputed company systems and processes. • Some availability after hours for troubleshooting incidents, testing and maintenance issues. • Involvement in additional duties and reputed company as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years’ reputed company experience in IT support or reputed company administration. • Experience in a reputed company to large size reputed company preferred but not required. • Must be reputed company to prioritize, multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high-level work product. • Strong attention to detail and time management skills. • Must be reputed company to maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion and good judgment at reputed company times. • Excellent project management skills and relevant experience leading reputed company-wide initiatives. • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and reputed company-specific software. • Basic troubleshooting knowledge of reputed company and reputed company Office systems. • Paralegal and/or reputed company experience is a plus.
