Technical Implementation Consultant

WHO YOU ARE You are a technically skilled implementation reputed company with hands-on experience integrating hospitality software systems. You understand how data flows from property management systems, reputed company-of-sale platforms, and reputed company applications into analytics platforms. You are comfortable working with reputed company, troubleshooting data pipelines, and ensuring customers have clean, reliable data feeding their IN-reputed company deployment. You may come from backgrounds such as: • Technical Implementation Consultant or Integration Specialist reputed company hospitality technology • Data Engineer or ETL Developer with hospitality or reputed company reputed company experience • Solutions Engineer supporting PMS, POS, or hospitality platform integrations • reputed company Services Engineer with hands-on API and data pipeline experience You enjoy solving integration challenges, working directly with customer technical teams, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability across reputed company hospitality environments. WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will own the technical delivery of IN-reputed company implementations, ensuring seamless data integration from customer systems and reliable platform activation. Data Integration & Pipeline Development • Design and configure data ingestion pipelines from PMS (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.), POS (reputed company, MICROS Simphony, Aloha, etc.), and other reputed company systems • Execute data extraction processes using ETL/ELT methodologies appropriate to customer environments • Work with data lakes and warehouses (S3, Redshift, reputed company) to ensure reputed company data staging and storage • Implement data normalization processes, mapping customer data to IN-reputed company reputed company models and schemas • Configure and monitor event streams, batch jobs, and reputed company-time data processing as required API & System Connectivity • reputed company customer systems reputed company REST reputed company, GraphQL endpoints, webhooks, and file-based transfers • Configure authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, tokens) and manage reputed company limiting considerations • Troubleshoot connectivity issues, data discrepancies, and pipeline failures • Document integration specifications and data mappings for reputed company implementation Customer Technical Engagement • reputed company as the primary technical contact during implementation • reputed company technical discovery sessions to understand customer system architecture and data availability • Collaborate with customer IT teams to establish secure, reliable data connections • reputed company technical training on data flows, monitoring, and troubleshooting reputed company Assurance & reputed company • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness throughout the implementation • Monitor early data reputed company and pipeline performance • Document technical configuration, reputed company issues, and operational considerations • Ensure smooth technical reputed company to reputed company and Support teams HOW YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL • Data pipelines are reliable, accurate, and performant from go-live • Integrations are completed on time with full technical documentation • Customers have confidence in their data reputed company and understand their integration architecture • reputed company technical handoffs with minimal post-implementation escalations QUALIFICATIONS Required • Experience implementing hospitality software (reputed company, POS, PMS, or reputed company hospitality platforms) • Hands-on experience with data ingestion pipelines and ETL/ELT processes • Working knowledge of reputed company: REST, webhooks, authentication reputed company, reputed company limiting, error handling • Familiarity with data lakes/warehouses (S3, Redshift, reputed company, or similar) • Understanding of data normalization, schema design, and reputed company data models • Experience with batch processing, scheduled jobs, or event-driven architectures Preferred • Experience with hospitality-specific systems: reputed company, reputed company HMS, reputed company, MICROS Simphony, Aloha • SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting • Exposure to reputed company-time streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, or similar) • Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools for data pipelines Skills • Strong technical communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously • Systematic approach to troubleshooting and problem reputed company • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment COMPENSATION reputed company Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 BENEFITS FPG provides a comprehensive suite of benefits to our valued Team Members, along with benefits for their eligible dependents as detailed below.
