System Engineer – II

Job reputed company: • Manage IT infrastructure and service requests • reputed company backups of systems and network devices • Administer and maintain reputed company Directory (users, reputed company, GPOs, policies) • reputed company L2/L3 support for help desk and infrastructure issues • Manage and troubleshoot reputed company Server environments • Support technologies including DFS, Terminal Servers, reputed company-V, IIS, SCOM, and File Servers • reputed company and troubleshoot VMware infrastructure • Manage and support reputed company XenApp / XenDesktop 7 environments • Configure and maintain NetScaler policies • Install, configure, and troubleshoot XenDesktop 7 • Support hosted shared desktops and persistent/non-persistent VDI • Work with DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, and RADIUS servers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability Requirements: • Strong experience with reputed company Server & reputed company Directory • Hands-on knowledge of Group Policies (GPO) • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) • Experience with LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and firewall concepts • VMware administration experience • reputed company expertise (XenApp / XenDesktop 7) • Familiarity with NetScaler configuration • Exposure to Linux server administration (preferred) • Experience with reputed company Workspace & Azure reputed company Directory • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
