Best, making us the only health insurance company in South Carolina with this prestigious rating. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator – Work Leader for Complex Issues Resolution, you will serve as a work leader for our customer service units, assisting with escalated and complex issues that require deviation from standard procedures.
