As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat, phone, and email. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Identify and act upon potential new sales opportunities, working closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth
* Assist with customer retention efforts, including upselling and cross-selling our products and services
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

* Prepare account changes, including updates to customer information and service plans

**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with prior experience in a customer service setting preferred
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Excellent telephone skills, including active listening and effective communication
* Strong troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
