This position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States (excluding a short list of states). You’ll join a fast‑growing, high‑performance team that supports each other, celebrates success, and continuously raises the bar for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast‑paced call‑center environment, providing accurate information and solutions back‑to‑back on a structured schedule.
  • Maintain and exceed targeted metrics such as schedule adherence, average handle time, first‑call resolution, and lead generation.
  • Interpret personal lines auto policy contracts and explain coverage details with expert knowledge, ensuring customers fully understand their protection.
  • Navigate billing systems, identify premium impacts, and communicate transaction details clearly to policyholders and agents.

  • Utilize online reference tools, policy manuals, and arenaflex’s knowledge base to deliver confident, accurate, and efficient assistance.
  • Continuously develop and maintain deep product, procedural, and technical knowledge through ongoing training and self‑directed study.
  • Complete required licensing and continuing education requirements to stay compliant and knowledgeable across all 50 states.
  • Identify customer and agent needs, provide tailored guidance, and proactively suggest additional coverages or endorsements that align with their life goals (upselling and cross‑selling).
  • Accurately record interactions, update policy details, and maintain data integrity across arenaflex’s CRM and underwriting systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and independent agents to share insights that improve processes, product offerings, and overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications – What You Need to Succeed

  • Associate’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional training).
  • Minimum 18 months of experience working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment—call center, sales, or insurance preferred.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to multitask efficiently under structured schedules.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to review, record, and organize written data from diverse sources without a pre‑established format.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to make sound decisions on policy exceptions, billing issues, and coverage recommendations.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is strongly encouraged and will be considered a distinct advantage.

Preferred Qualifications – What Sets You Apart

  • Prior experience as a licensed insurance agent or advisor in personal lines auto insurance.
  • Experience with arenaflex’s proprietary policy administration systems or similar industry platforms.
  • Recognition for meeting or exceeding performance metrics in previous roles (e.g., awards, commendations).
