As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring their satisfaction. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Serving as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction * Responding to customer inquiries, resolving product-related problems, and providing technical support * Interacting with multiple departments, including service parts, field service, materials, production, logistics, sales, finance, and management * Answering incoming customer calls, serving as a back-up for placing service part orders, and assisting customers with order status and product-related questions * Informing customers of standard procedures when placing an order and following up to ensure customer satisfaction * Following a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders * Initiating and tracking documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations * Demonstrating a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service, living the arenaflex brand, and earning customer loyalty through best-in-class products, services, and quality * Building relationships and fostering teamwork with fellow team members, leadership, and individuals within other departments **What You Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role * High school diploma or equivalent * Basic reading and math skills, with the ability to adhere to safety-related issues, including good housekeeping, ergonomics practices, documentation, and team concepts * Ability to effectively demonstrate knowledge of modern office procedures, including the use of personal computers, fax machines, and copy machines * PC literacy and experience with ERP systems (JDE/SAP/Sales Force/Genesis) are preferred * Strong customer service experience is highly preferred **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to build relationships and foster teamwork with colleagues and customers * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software * Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
