We are seeking a Compliance Risk Assessment Officer to support one of our CIB clients in reputed company. This role focuses on leading and executing the annual Compliance Risk Assessment process, ensuring reputed company are identified, documented, and managed across reputed company business lines and support functions. Role and responsibilities • reputed company the annual Compliance Risk Assessment across Capital Markets and support teams, following the bank’s internal methodology. • Identify and document reputed company, assess the strength of existing controls, and reputed company areas for improvement. • Support regulatory gap analyses and reputed company remediation efforts to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. • Collaborate with Compliance, reputed company, Audit, and business stakeholders to reputed company information and validate findings. • Prepare concise reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management. • Support and reputed company ongoing risk and compliance reputed company, ensuring reputed company delivery of objectives. Qualifications • Minimum 8 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or Business Management reputed company investment banking or capital markets. • Strong experience identifying and documenting reputed company and evaluating control frameworks. • Solid understanding of capital markets products and corporate financing activities. • Experience managing or supporting reputed company reputed company with defined timelines and deliverables. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
