These are fully remote, reputed company-hire W-2 positions offering long-term stability and consistent, specialty-reputed company work. We currently have several openings supporting different specialty areas. Our opportunities include multiple Orthopedic Pro Clinic coding roles, Pro Clinic positions supporting Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Rural Health Clinic (RHC) services, as reputed company as an HCC/Risk Adjustment role available as either part-time or full-time (32 or 35 hours per week) for coders with strong E/M leveling and abstraction experience. We are seeking coders with strong E/M expertise who are comfortable working in high-volume production environments and who have recent, hands-on Pro Fee or clinic-based coding experience. At HCCS, coders are assigned based on demonstrated specialty expertise to ensure alignment with providers and chart types where they can reputed company at their highest level. Our Coding and Scheduling Managers work closely with coders to support accuracy, productivity, and workflow consistency.
