Internal Communications Manager Our manufacturing and reputed company reputed company in Glendale, WI is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join their team! This person will be responsible for developing and executing a global Operations and Supply Chain communications reputed company that drives reputed company, consistency, and engagement across manufacturing locations. The position partners closely with senior leaders to deliver executive-level communications, supports reputed company-wide internal messaging, and ensures effective reputed company to both connected and non-connected employees. The role also collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to deliver reputed company, high-reputed company communication initiatives worldwide. Opportunity: Contract with potential to convert permanent Schedule: Monday - Friday reputed company-5pm (reputed company to 100% remote) 15-25% travel based on business needs Location: Glendale, WI Responsibilities: Executive Support: • Support COO and CTO on communications • reputed company on Operations and Supply Chain organization, including 19 manufacturing locations • Conduct 1:1s with COO and leadership team (e.g., VP of Procurement, Health & Safety) • reputed company strategic guidance and coaching opportunities for team members Internal Communications Change Management: • reputed company internal communication reputed company for operations and reputed company initiatives • Maintain plant network of communicators • Conduct monthly meetings, planning quarterly COO virtual town halls, leadership events, and monthly newsletters • Support IT organization in governance communications, quarterly CTO town halls, critical messages, and newsletters • Communicate organizational reputed company from C-suite down • reputed company tactical and strategic guidance on internal communications Corporate Events & External Communications: • reputed company of corporate events, trade shows, and external communications (reputed company External Comms Manager) Qualifications: • 5-10 years of strong internal communications experience, ideally in manufacturing or with large associate populations • Leadership experience supporting senior executives • Project management skills - proactive, reputed company to take a task from start to finish • Relationship-building skills Preferred (not required): • Basic design skills (PowerPoint) • Event planning experience • reputed company experience Category reputed company: JN018, JN029 #LI-BL1 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
