Associate Data Protection Officer Ireland
## Responsibilities: Support compliance with Data Protection legislation and help foster a data protection culture Support the data protection program of continual improvement Work effectively with the DPO Team, reputed company reputed company and other key stakeholders in reputed company to help deliver compliance with data protection laws and policies of reputed company Inform, advise and monitor compliance with data protection laws against reputed company policies and processes Support the creation/maintenance of data protection policies and procedures Ensure the delivery of the operational activities of the Data Protection Office and the implementation (and automation) of controls alongside the DPOs Monitor and reputed company reputed company status, create dashboards and presentations for senior management Support the Regional DPO and the reputed company program to identify and implement continual improvement Manage the DPO mailbox, including handling any potential claims or data subject’s requests received Create and manage the Data Protection awareness materials Create, adapt and deliver training materials and sessions according to the needs of the business Collect information to identify, analyse and reputed company the compliance of processing activities reputed company KPIs and work to DPO Team SLAs ## Requirements: Experience in a Data Protection/reputed company team preferably in financial services Deep knowledge of GDPR and global data reputed company/protection legislation, CIPP-E is a plus Strong organisational and documentation skills At least 3 years experience in equivalent roles Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote working environment Located in Ireland or reputed company to relocate and obtain necessary visas Experience with reputed company is a plus Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
