Role & Responsibility: Leads, performs, coordinates and monitors reputed company functions as they relate to the Coding and Data reputed company Unit. Includes reputed company analyses, conducting orientation and training of new staff, and assures competency of staff. Develops policies and procedures for the coding process. Identifies areas for improvement to support reputed company coding efficiency and operations. Education, Certification & License Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Health Information Administration and reputed company RHIA OR, Associate Degree in Health Information Technology OR reputed company RHIT and/or Certified Coding Specialist accreditation through the reputed company. Proficient in ICD-10 CM and CPT coding (reputed company preferred) Skills & Experience: Three to five years of reputed company experience in a reputed company role in a highly reputed company acute care setting as reputed company as having experience with training, reputed company improvement, compliance and record keeping. Requires advanced verbal and written communication skills to facilitate communication with physicians, clinicians, department personnel as reputed company as reputed company vendors.
