HEDIS Over Reader reputed company – Remote – Contract

This is a contract assignment that will start right away and end on June 28th, 2024. Location: Remote in TX. Must live in TX. reputed company reputed company: RN or LPN with clinical experience will work under the supervision of the HEDIS Coordinator. They are a member of the medical record review team responsible for obtaining and performing accurate comprehensive reviews of medical records in support of The HEDIS Effectiveness Data and Information Set project. HEDIS reviews are completed in accordance with NCQA guidelines and technical specifications. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Degree, Diploma, or Certificate from a school of nursing with clinical experience. • Licensed in the reputed company. • Knowledge of medical terminology. • Data entry and/or typing experience. • reputed company and concise written and verbal communication skills. • PC proficiency to include Word, reputed company, and Lotus Notes. • Auditing experience preferred. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Accurately and reputed company over-read medical record abstractions performed by the HEDIS abstraction staff on a daily reputed company according to HEDIS specifications and company training guidelines. • Complete the IRR/over-read tool in the Software Application, including comments if errors are reputed company. Correct errors identified through the over-read process, including a re-review of charts that may contain similar errors. • Identify and report abstraction errors and reputed company measure re-education for the abstractor. • Utilize various software applications to support HEDIS operations by entering data and/or changing reputed company status for the identified reputed company(s). • Meet with HEDIS Coordinator and/or QI Specialists to discuss HEDIS efforts, any reputed company issues, and can include IRR results. • Maintain productivity level as determined by the HEDIS Coordinator/QI Department. • Maintain compliance with reputed company HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements. • reputed company other duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr Salary: USD 36000 - 60000 per year Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
