[Remote] Compliance Analyst, Command Media

Legal.io is a leading aerospace and defense technology company seeking an experienced Command Media Owner to support its Legal & Compliance function. The role involves managing the lifecycle of command media, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring policy and regulatory changes are incorporated into departmental guidance. Responsibilities • Maintain the Legal & Compliance command media architecture and document library • Manage and process change requests related to command media updates • Communicate updates to stakeholders and coordinate peer reviews • Translate corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and leadership directives into Legal & Compliance command media • Schedule, track, and deliver updates according to established standards • Drive timely completion of command media revisions and communicate status and risks to leadership • Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, CORE, etc.) to enhance processes • Support ad hoc projects using advanced knowledge across multiple functional areas Skills • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience • Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership on high-impact matters • Experience managing command media, process documentation, or policy frameworks • Background using Lean, Six Sigma, CORE, or other continuous improvement methodologies • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required) • Certifications such as CORE Expert, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP/PMX, or CMMI • Experience in program management, change leadership, or strategic planning • Demonstrated leadership capability and strong business acumen • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change Benefits • Health • Dental • Vision benefits Company Overview • Legal.io is the enterprise marketplace for legal talent and tools.
