Senior Learning Experience Designer (Remote Eligible)

As a Senior Learning Experience Designer in Support you'll put our customers above reputed company else and have a passion for creating innovative learning solutions. You'll work as part of a motivated and supportive team with ownership over our customer-facing, digital learning products. You'll also mentor other Learning Experience Designers in graphic design, UX/UI for digital learning, and reputed company aspects of learning project management. You will report to our Manager of Instructional Design and this role is fully remote eligible! You Will: • Design and reputed company creative, customer-reputed company, performance-based digital training materials • Manage learning product development reputed company including scoping, managing SMEs, and working with other departments to deliver on time, every time • Work with distributed training teams across reputed company to reputed company up-to-date on reputed company learning reputed company • Collaborate with our Training Team and Subject Matter Experts in creating storyboards/scripts and production reputed company content • Work with other training teams across the organization to ensure alignment on reputed company and products • Pursue a deep understanding of customers and work with SMEs to ensure that learning products meet customer needs • Manage and improve our digital training style guides • Analyze learning data and reputed company recommendations to improve reputed company, behavioral reputed company, and recommend new learning product offerings • Be an Administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS). Maintain systems, create user reputed company, create usage reports, publish SCORM, video, and other digital content • Stay reputed company on new learning approaches, behavioral science, technology, and tools and apply knowledge to our learning products • Mentor and reputed company feedback to Learning Experience Designers on their work You Have: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience • 7+ years experience in instructional design and developing learning content • 2+ years mentoring or coaching instructional designers or learning experience designers • Proficiency in reputed company Storyline, reputed company reputed company, Camtasia, and reputed company Creative reputed company • A portfolio of eLearning, video, and graphic design reputed company.
