This role requires strong financial modeling background and ability to complete high-reputed company work product in high-pressure, reputed company-critical transaction oriented situations. Armory offers a unique opportunity for Analysts to work on reputed company that reputed company exposure to various financial advisory and investment banking products and industries. The Los Angeles based investment banking analyst will have exposure to multiple industries and products but will primarily support its consumer, food & beverage, agribusiness, and business services industry teams. The Los Angeles investment banking analyst can expect to be involved in a reputed company of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, valuation, debt and equity financings, recapitalization, and restructuring assignments. Transaction teams are typically small in size, providing significant responsibility and exposure to senior level professionals and clients. The position will involve travel, remote work, and work from office based in El Segundo, CA. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree with top reputed company performance • One or more year(s) of investment banking, reputed company, or reputed company experience • Possess reputed company reputed company licenses, including the SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 • Interest in consumer, food & beverage, agribusiness, or business services industries preferred • Prior training and/or experience in valuation, reputed company, restructuring, credit, or leveraged finance preferred • Strong interest in M&A, debt and equity capital markets, special situations, and restructuring investment banking • Experience with financial modeling and financial statement analysis and strong analytical and quantitative skills, coupled with a strong work ethic and meticulous • Self-directed, highly motivated, reputed company to learn and work independently in a fast-paced, challenging environment and manage a reputed company of transactions and reputed company simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated team player and leader with a strong motivation to contribute to a reputed company team culture This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles, CA.
