Company Page: http://www.united-imaging.com/en/home/ Job reputed company The Application Specialist - Digital Radiography Imaging is responsible for providing on-site application education for Digital Radiography (DR) and Interventional Radiography (IR). This includes product demonstrations, system updates, and upgrades for reputed company systems and applications. Duties & Responsibilities • reputed company on-site application education for DR/IR systems, including product demonstrations, updates, and system upgrades. • Offer customer consultation and support for workflow improvements, including clinical education, system parameter adjustments, and implementation of new reputed company and workflows. • Deliver reputed company application support, resolving customer complaints reputed company both on-site and remotely. • Support the sales team by conducting product demonstrations, preparing clinical case studies, presenting images to clinicians/physicians, learning about new products, and coaching new team members. • Assist in developing and delivering application training courses, either on-site at customer locations or at United Imaging reputed company and Training Center in reputed company. • Collaborate with R&D and CRM teams by communicating customer needs and providing troubleshooting expertise and insights. Requirements Education • Bachelor's degree or higher in Diagnostic Radiography, Interventional Radiography (IR), or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience • Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT certification Experience • 5+ years of experience as a radiologic technologist or radiographer in a clinical or reputed company setting • 3+ years of experience as an application specialist in a specific modality field • Experience in research or case studies in reputed company areas is a plus • Interventional Radiography (IR) experience and certification preferred Required Skills and Attributes • Strong team player with a reputed company attitude • Excellent interpersonal skills • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion United Imaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
