Position Summary
This full‑time, remote‑first position is based in the United States, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country. You will lead a high‑performing team of digital security, threat intelligence, and data operations specialists, driving the delivery of critical insights to customers while championing best‑in‑class processes, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Direct the day‑to‑day activities of a multidisciplinary team, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and performance standards aligned with arenaflex’s broader security strategy.
- Client‑Facing Expertise: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for high‑impact clients, translating complex security findings into concise briefings, reports, and actionable recommendations.
- Threat Intelligence Operations: Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of CTI across the Detect, Protect, Respond, and Recover domains, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
- Incident Response Coordination: Partner with incident response teams to integrate real‑time sensor data, event‑driven analytics, and investigative insights into comprehensive post‑incident reports.
- Stakeholder Communication: Craft and deliver both written and oral presentations for technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior executives, government officials, and cross‑functional partners.

- Active US Government Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.
