You will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our team. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual (Spanish) Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * **Fielding Customer Inquiries**: Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * **Connecting with Customers**: Interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * **Calmly Resolving Issues**: Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. * **Escalating Interactions**: Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. * **Responding to Requests**: Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * **Tracking Call Information**: Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Providing Feedback**: Providing feedback on call issues. * **Meeting Sales Objectives**: Meeting sales objectives as defined. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
