**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities include:
* **Providing Customer Support**: Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and/or internet, including instant message, email, and chat.
* **Handling Customer Inquiries**: Resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment.
* **Escalating Issues**: Move customers to the appropriate Product Support Specialist for product or service-related issues.
* **Processing Customer Inquiries**: Handle a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
* **Troubleshooting**: Identify the root cause of customer problems and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems.
* **Tracking and Documenting**: Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues.
* **Updating Customer Information**: Ensure accurate entry of contact information.
* **Meeting Job Standards**: Meet quality standards, adhere to schedule, and maintain average handle time.
* **Guiding and Mentoring**: Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates.
* **Other Related Duties**: Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**

* **Age Requirement**: Be at least 18 years old.
* **Typing Speed**: Type at least 25 words per minute.
* **Education**: Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
* **PC Operation**: Be proficient in PC operation and navigation.
* **Effective People Skills**: Demonstrate effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
* **Communication Skills**: Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
* **Work Environment**: Be able to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
* **Composure and Objectivity**: Stay composed and objective in high-pressure situations.
* **Organization and Prioritization**: Demonstrate strong organization and work prioritization skills.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:
* **Internet Requirements**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps.
* **ISP Requirements**: An internet service provider with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
* **Internet Connection**: A wired internet connection (no satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN).
* **Proof of Internet Speed**: Provide proof of your internet speed.
* **Clean and Quiet Workspace**: Maintain a clean and quiet workspace.
