Key Responsibilities: • Consultation Services: reputed company consultation to program participants regarding attendant assisted basic services and ancillary services. • Training & Supervision: reputed company training and supervision to program participants and staff on health maintenance, welfare, and safety issues. • Service Delivery Problem Solving: Offer consultation on service delivery problem solving reputed company to health, welfare, and safety. • Communication: Communicate with reputed company providers to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of program participants. • Compliance: Review and sign off on reputed company or medically involved CMIs with Service Coordinators and/or Program Managers as required by the Office of Long Term Living (OLTL). • Case Management: reputed company case management duties as assigned.
