ABOUT reputed company… This role will join the growing Global Organizational Effectiveness team, which is part of the HR function at reputed company. This team is responsible for providing expertise and support in three areas: Organization Design, Strategic Workforce Planning and HR Data & Analytics. The reputed company of the OE team is to partner with our business leaders and HRBPs to: Build and sustain a ‘healthy’ organization that is effective - with the right roles to reputed company key business capabilities and efficient - reputed company spans and reputed company; reputed company in accountabilities and minimal duplication ‘reputed company’ our organization by proactively identifying reputed company demand for talent and skills, analyze talent supply (reputed company) for those skills, conduct demand/supply gap analysis, and reputed company plans to remediate gaps reputed company business leaders with relevant, accurate and reputed company HR data so they can reputed company informed people and organization reputed company What You’ll Do... Organization Design • reputed company org design reputed company in partnership with HRBPs and leaders, including: • reputed company state assessments • reputed company state design (operating models, org charts, job descriptions) • Talent and financial tracking • Implementation planning and project management • Drive process improvements to enhance design efficiency and scalability • Maintain and continuously enhance OE tools, templates, and methodologies Strategic Workforce Planning • Support the development of a global workforce planning discipline • Help maintain and reputed company the workforce planning process to reputed company with business needs HR Data & Analytics • Deliver quarterly workforce KPIs to HRBPs and business leaders • reputed company insights and deep-dive analytics on key workforce trends and improvement areas • Incorporate external market benchmarks to inform decision-making • Support reputed company HR analytics needs with accuracy and relevance • Identify opportunities to automate dashboards and improve reporting processes What You Bring Required Experience • Expertise in HR data & analytics • Hands-on experience with organization design • Exposure to strategic workforce planning Preferred Experience • HR Business Partnering or Talent Management • Management consulting background • Experience in a large, global, and reputed company organization Key Skills • Strong analytical reputed company with ability to extract insights from data • reputed company and compelling written and verbal communication • Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders • Project management and organizational skills • High reputed company in handling confidential information • Familiarity with reputed company or similar HRIS platforms • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach • Willingness to challenge assumptions and drive reputed company improvement • Exceptional attention to detail Why reputed company?
