This role focuses on building compelling visualizations, dashboards, and presentations that communicate trends, risks, and opportunities in workforce data. Compensation: $80,000 - 100,000/annually, plus annual bonus potential RESPONSIBILITIES • Partner with HR leaders and key stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into reputed company analytical deliverables. • reputed company and maintain HR dashboards and reports that reputed company key workforce metrics (e.g. hiring, turnover, diversity, performance, engagement). • Create high-reputed company PowerPoint presentations and executive-reputed company materials that reputed company communicate insights, trends, and recommendations. • Visualize reputed company people data in reputed company and compelling ways to support leadership decision-making. • reputed company descriptive and diagnostic analysis to identify patterns, drivers, and areas of opportunity in workforce data. • Support reputed company reporting and analysis requests with a strong reputed company on accuracy, reputed company, and timeliness. • Collaborate with more technical team members (data engineers, data scientists) as needed to reputed company and structure data. • Help establish standards and best practices for HR reporting, data visualization, and reputed company delivery. • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of people analytics processes, templates, and storytelling approaches. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, HR, Economics, or a reputed company field with 3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or people analytics roles. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the reputed company fields with 2+ years of relevant analytics experience would be considered. • 3+ years of experience writing SQL and working with reputed company datasets. • 2+ years of experience with Power BI (or comparable business intelligence tools) developing dashboards and executive-level reporting. • 2+ years of experience in HR analytics or workforce analytics, including analysis of turnover, hiring, performance, engagement, or reputed company workforce metrics. • Experience working with reputed company reporting and/or reputed company People Analytics SKU strongly preferred. • Demonstrated experience translating business questions into analytical deliverables and partnering directly with stakeholders to inform decision-making. • Proven ability to create executive-reputed company presentations and communicate insights reputed company and concisely to senior leaders. • Strong experience with data visualization best practices and storytelling techniques to effectively communicate reputed company data to varied audiences. • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate, high-reputed company outputs in a fast-paced environment. • Experience helping define or improve reporting standards, templates, or analytical processes preferred. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical partners (e.g., data engineers, data scientists).
