Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we are now seeking a talented individual to join our logistics department. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Logistics Administrator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * Process spare parts and stock reception, packing and unpacking local and international shipments, intercompany transfers, and stock postings, adhering to strict security and procedural guidelines. * Receive and open parcels from carriers in accordance with strict security guidelines, ensuring the integrity of our shipments and the confidentiality of our products. * Pack parcels with product and corresponding product packaging in accordance with strict security guidelines, ensuring that our products are protected and delivered safely. * Pack hazmat shipments in accordance with FAA hazmat guidelines and policies, prioritizing the safety of our customers, employees, and the environment. * Ensure correct shipping label and documentation is completed according to company policies and procedures, guaranteeing that our shipments are accurately tracked and delivered on time. * Fill out BOL (Bill of Laden) and Airway bills for local, international, and high-value shipments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * Assist with managing the Receiving / Unpacking / Shipping Mailbox and provide email responses to incoming inquiries from internal clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. * Order packaging and supplies used to support the processes for the department, ensuring that our logistics operations are well-equipped and efficient. * Deliver incoming items and supplies to internal staging areas based on the name of the recipient and department, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration within our team. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High school diploma required; college degree preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in logistics, business administration, or a related field. * 2+ years of employment in a production-based environment preferred, showcasing your ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. * Previous SAP experience preferred, highlighting your proficiency in logistics software and systems. * Ability to be proactive, follow directions, make decisions, problem-solve, and adapt to change, demonstrating your flexibility and resilience in a rapidly evolving environment. * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with internal clients, carriers, and other stakeholders. * Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office, Windows, and other relevant software, ensuring that you can efficiently manage our logistics operations and maintain accurate records. * Ability to stand for up to 9 hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and handle and operate box cutters, tape machines, tape guns, and air film machine, demonstrating your physical stamina and dexterity. **Nice-to-haves** While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be highly desirable in a candidate: * Experience with logistics software and systems, such as SAP or similar platforms. * Knowledge of FAA hazmat guidelines and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * Familiarity with international shipping regulations and procedures, facilitating smooth and efficient global logistics operations. * Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive salary and benefits package, reflecting our commitment to your financial well-being and career growth. * Opportunities for professional development and training, enabling you to enhance your skills and expertise in logistics and customer service. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork among our logistics professionals. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to our team, celebrating your achievements and dedication to excellence. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
