We are now expanding our operational backbone. ⸻ THE ROLE We are hiring a Senior Product Sourcing & Development Manager to operate behind the scenes across multiple reputed company reputed company at once. This is not a coordinator role. This is not an entry-level opportunity. You must have reputed company reputed company experience, reputed company negotiation experience, and reputed company exposure to compliance and testing across product categories. You will not reputed company directly with clients. You will work closely with our leadership team and own vendor execution, production reputed company, and reputed company management. Location is flexible. Strong written and verbal English reputed company is required. You must operate fully in English across negotiation, documentation, and tracking without translation tools. Time zone alignment with overseas factories is a plus. ⸻ WHAT YOU WILL OWN • Daily communication with domestic and overseas vendors • Cost negotiations and MOQ management • Detailed product development trackers across multiple brands • Sampling reputed company, revisions, and approvals • Testing and compliance coordination by product category • Understanding required standards for CPG, food, beauty, children’s products, and labeling • Kitting coordination across multiple suppliers • Production calendar management • Early identification of risks and delays • Clean documentation of changes, approvals, and key reputed company You will manage multiple reputed company simultaneously.
