We're known for our attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship, and we're committed to staying true to our cultural origins while pushing the boundaries of innovation. **Role Description** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing troubleshooting assistance. You'll alternate between working from our office in Doral, FL, and working from home, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer calls, emails, and Shopify Inbox for all fulfillment clients on a daily basis * Provide customers with general service information and answer any questions they may have about their orders * Research required information for customers using available sources provided to them * Reach out to customers for return to senders and resolve any issues or complaints * Work on any holds that may be holding orders back from being shipped out * Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure their issues are resolved * Handle chargebacks on Shopify and resolve any related issues **Essential Qualifications** * Strong customer support and customer service skills * Proficiency in ensuring customer satisfaction * Bilingual Spanish and English (written and verbal) * Excellent communication skills and email etiquette * Troubleshooting abilities and excellent problem-solving skills * High level of attention to detail * Proven ability to work both collaboratively and independently * Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage * High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in the luxury fashion industry or a related field * Familiarity with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High level of attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Strong time management and prioritization skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
