Virtual Assistant to Project Manager – Full-Time | Long-Term | CST Hours – Contract to Hire

We are a growing full-service sign company based in Chicago, specializing in interior and exterior signage, awnings, canopies, printed signs, and sign permitting. As we expand, we’re seeking a dependable and energetic Virtual Assistant to support our Project Manager and help streamline operations. Position reputed company: You will work directly with our Project Manager, assisting with day-to-day tasks reputed company to customer service, scheduling, CRM updates, and reputed company team coordination. This is an entity-level position designed to grow into a Project Manager role over time.
