As a Sr. Data Entry Clerk, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our manufacturing industry experts to ensure seamless data management and exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities** As a Sr. Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: * Monitoring and tracking field action responses to ensure accurate documentation * Handling the process of obtaining returned response letters, including mail collection and scanning tasks * Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy, utilizing Excel software and other accounting software systems * Engaging in answering inbound calls, handling billing functions, check processing, and claim administration tasks * Maintaining communication with the team and reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly * Utilizing various accounting software systems, including ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, ERP Solutions, and About Time **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk in the manufacturing industry * Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, including ADP - Financial Services * Strong knowledge of CRM systems, Epic Software, and ERP Solutions * Experience with About Time software is preferred * The ability to effectively answer inbound calls and perform billing functions * Experience in check processing and familiarity with claim administration * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems and processes * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Familiarity with accounting software systems and data management principles **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
